SHIPPING FEES
Standard shipping (15 to 20 working days) is free in Italy and in the rest of the world.
Insured shipping (from 15 to 20 working days) costs € 4.97. Insured shipments are insured against damage or loss.
EXPRESS shipping via UPS or DHL courier (from 5 to 7 working days) costs € 34.47. EXPRESS shipping is INSURANCE against damage or LOSS. The most complete choice
Shipments are traceable.
At the time of shipment (which will take place when payment is received on our account) the tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment, 24H on 24H, on our website under TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.
We have selected two express couriers that we use depending on the destination of the order, to ensure the best service.
In some cases, the two couriers may entrust the delivery to other couriers, depending on the destination address. You can always rely on IPERSHOPNY.COM for any doubts.
Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and are free above the thresholds indicated here in the table COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We cannot ship an order to an address with a country other than the one registered in the billing address (ex: an order can be shipped to Milan if executed by a customer resident in Rome, but it cannot be shipped to Milan if the customer is a resident of Berlin).
We cannot deliver to post office boxes, personal mailboxes or APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

Order insurance
The premim shipment is insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the time of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer. Therefore, to guarantee the service, it is your responsibility to actually collect the order. We suggest you organize yourself in time and possibly get in touch with our Customer Care if you are not in a position to collect the order.
Possible delays
In rare cases, it is possible that the shipment of the order will suffer some delays due to the handling of the payment. For example, in the event that the payment authorization by the respective credit cards (or PayPal) is delayed. Or if the credit of the bank transfer that has been made is delayed with respect to two working days.
Orders are delivered to the courier for shipment in chronological order, based on the timing of receipt of payment. Orders with EXPRESS shipping are always processed with priority over orders with standard shipping.
Orders received from Monday to Friday are processed within 94 hours of placing the order.
Couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays. In addition, in the following periods of the year, due to high order traffic, order management times may be delayed up to 6/7 days.

Parcel tampering
If the package is tampered with, we recommend that you accept the package "with reserve" (it is your right) or refuse it. In the event that one of these conditions occurs, contact us as soon as possible: we will need useful information to report the incident to the courier of reference.
Delivery failure
In the event that the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or absent, the package may be returned.
