We have a 14 day returns policy which means you have 14 days from
the day we dispatch your item via local courier (24h-48h) to request a return.

The return is possible only once for the same product. For example, the size change. Customers are kindly asked to choose well based on the product already in their possession so as to receive the correct size. We remind customers that the Return service is a service that is offered by the store to customers as a courtesy and is not an obligation.

The cost of the previous shipment of the product, the costs of return shipping and customs costs are always borne by the customer in the event of a return and refund request. The calculation of these costs will be communicated to customers at the time of their request by our customer service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (From 5 - 10 working days).

The costs related to the cost of shipping or cash on delivery will not be reimbursed as they will be services that the customer has already used.

* If the customer requests a return for product exchange and at a later time after receiving the replacement product requests a refund, the store will not be able to issue it. In this case, a voucher will be sent equal to the value of the product that the customer intends to return and for which he requests a refund. This voucher will be valid for one year.
